Terms of Service | Scale Eye

1. Acceptance

By creating a Scale Eyeaccount you agree to these terms. If you're using Scale Eyeon behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to bind that business.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Scale Eye to send spam, run illegal businesses, attempt to break into other workspaces, or upload malicious content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

3. Your content

You own all the data you put into Scale Eye — leads, clients, invoices, payments. We need a limited license only to operate the service on your behalf (rendering, storage, backup, generating PDFs). You can export or delete your data at any time.

4. Billing

Scale Eye runs on a credits-based model — there is no monthly subscription. New accounts receive 100 free credits on signup, and you can recharge any time with one-time top-ups (₹1 = 1 credit). Recharged credits do not expire. Refunds for unused credits are evaluated case-by-case within 7 days of purchase.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep Scale Eyefast and available, but we don't promise zero downtime. We'll communicate planned maintenance ahead of time.

6. Limitation of liability

Scale Eyeis provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

7. Changes

We'll notify account owners by email of material changes to these terms. Continuing to use Scale Eye after changes take effect means you accept them.
