1. Information we collect
When you sign up for Scale Eye, we collect your name, email address, and the business details you choose to add (company name, GSTIN, contact information, bank details). When you create leads, clients, invoices, and payments inside your workspace, that data stays scoped to your organization.
2. How we use your information
We use your data to run the Scale Eye service: rendering your dashboard, generating invoices and PDFs, sending payment reminders you initiate, and maintaining audit history of important actions. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train third-party models.
3. Data sharing
We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run the product (hosting, database, email, payment gateways). Each provider is bound by their own data processing terms. We never share data across organizations.
4. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Sessions can be revoked from any device via Settings. Backups are encrypted at rest.
5. Your rights
You can export or delete your workspace data at any time. To request data export, account deletion, or to ask any question about this policy, write to support@scaleeye.in.
6. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when material changes happen and notify account owners by email when required.
